StragApt-0.1 Is now available for windows users

   StragApt is a freeware that allow decode an APT wave file format.

   Used to decode NOAA APT satellite information:

   or others APT files

   usage execute from dos:

StragApt.exe name.wav [luminosity] [skipPixel] [freq sampling] [Flip ]
ex.
   StragApt.exe 11012008.wav
   StragApt.exe 11012008.wav 0.5 1240 11025.8 o 

name.wav The file name, a wave file 16 bit mono

[luminosity] 1.0 default value 
    upper 1.0 increase luminosity value
    under 1.0 decrease luminosity

[skipPixel] 
    0 default skip number of pixels is a long so entire rows can bee skipped a
    row 2080

[freq sampling]    wave file freq sample
    11Khz default check wave file to know freq. Sample

[Flip] 
    v to flip vertically the image
    o orizzontal
    z both
